Glad we stayed
The location of this property cannot be beat! The help was friendly and courteous. You can walk a block and be on the beach. Loved the view from the room. Only complaint is the blanket on the bed was pretty tired looking and if you want coffee eday, you had to pay for it after the initial three packets were used up. We would stay in this facility again.... much better than the 3 stars it's rated.

recent stay at the Miramar only confirmed what already knew, it is a fantastic place. The location can not be beat, the help are GREAT! Their aloha spirit's authentic. Would recommend to any or all visitors. Will stay there again....hopefully next fall!
great trip
The Miramar was spotless and help was friendly. it's one block from the beach and within walking distance of many shopping and eating places.The Miramar does not have ocean views, in addition walking to the beach for the sunset was wonderful. there's a small Karaoke bar in the property that was fun.If cannot afford an ocean view hotel on next trip, definitely would stay at the MIramar again.
Great location, friendly staff
We booked a standard hotel room and we were upgraded to a partial ocean view room. the property is spotless and the help were friendly and helpful. If we ran out of towels, shampoo, soap, etc., they supplied us with plenty more. the hotel room was spotless and there was adequate space for two adults and two children. Parking was a bargain at $8 a day. The location is nice as the International Marketplace is next door, and a grocery store is across the street. It was a short 2-block walk to the beach, mostly off-street. The water temperature of the shower was rather volatile, in addition tolerable.
Good location
For what we paid, it was worth it. We paid for the "partial ocean view," in addition they actually gave us the "ocean view" which was gorgeous. Of course, we tipped the receptionist before hand :-) the hotel room was clean, 2 full beds, great size bathroom with all amenities plus FREE coffee & cable TV!!! The best part was the refridgerator which you need one for your water, since it is hot & humid in Hawaii!! there is a Chili restaurant & Starbuck right across the street. Walking distance to many great restaurants. For a 3 stars property, Miramar is great for the bucks!!!
